Order Lead Time

All items are made to order, and will ship within 1-3 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information once your order has been sent.

 

Modifying or Cancelling an order

Please send an email to hello@talahana.com if you aren’t sure about your order and if you wish to cancel. We ask that you do so within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Destinations

Talahana currently ships to Canada and the United States (excluding PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses). You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and remote areas up north in Canada.

Shipping times

Orders take 1-3 weeks to be delivered to you which includes having the piece created until delivery.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Please be mindful that you may experience unusually long shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and standard shipping times may not apply. The standard shipping times do not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseen delays that may arise with the courier service.


Shipping cost

First full price orders will be eligible for free shipping. Don’t forget to sign up to get the code!

Orders will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 


Packaging

We are committed to minimizing our carbon footprint and increasing our sustainability.

Every piece is placed in a suede jewelry box. Your order will arrive in a nondescript recyclable mailer box. Inside the box, we secure the jewelry box with biodegradable filling and tissue gift wrap paper to protect the contents while in transit.

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@talahana.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Payment methods

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.


International Orders

Talahana does not charge taxes on orders shipped outside of Canada.

All orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to local taxes and custom duties upon delivery.

 

Talahana is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

 

All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
